Hire a Bike Box Alan Road Aero Easyfit for your next cycling trip. Compatible modern road bikes can often be packed without removing or turning the handlebars.

Built for modern bikes and less dismantling

The Road Aero Easyfit is especially useful when hydraulic hoses and cables run through an integrated cockpit. Exact fit depends on the bike and frame size, so send the details before paying and Chris will help check suitability.

Handlebars can stay in place

On compatible bikes, remove the wheels and pedals while keeping the handlebar position undisturbed. Some bikes may need additional adjustments.

Hard-shell protection

A purpose-built rigid travel case with internal padding, securing straps, latches, handles and rolling wheels.

Local, personal handover

Collect by appointment from NR3, or request delivery within 30 miles for an agreed charge based on distance.

Pay for the full time you have the box

Collection and return dates both count toward the hire period. Every booking includes a simple hire agreement and handover check.

The box is designed for many road, aero, gravel and cyclocross bikes. Larger frames, bars over 48 cm or unusual cockpits can require additional component removal. This Road model is not suitable for TT or triathlon bikes.

Is this box being sold?

No. This service is for rental of the bike box only.

What do I need at collection?

A valid photo ID showing your current residential address, the signed hire agreement, the outstanding hire balance and the £150 refundable deposit.

Can you pack my bike?

Optional packing help is available from around £25–£30 depending on the bike. Send the bike details first so the work and exact price can be agreed.

Will a TT or triathlon bike fit?

No. Bike Box Alan states that this Road Aero Easyfit model is not suitable for TT or triathlon bikes. Please send your bike details before booking so compatibility can be checked.

What if the box is damaged or lost?

You are responsible for the box while it is on hire, excluding existing marks and fair wear. The hire agreement explains damage, loss and replacement costs. Check that your travel insurance covers the bike and rented equipment.
